Israel is as full of different tastes and smells as it is of sights and sounds. You’ll find a melting pot of cultures and cuisines from around the world in the restaurants that cover the country.

Center:

Allora in Tel Aviv is an authentic Italian restaurant that serves fresh, delicious food including freshly baked pizzas and lasagna, tempting salads and meat, fish and vegan dishes. The friendly service, background music and Italian bistro atmosphere will transport you straight to Rome.

Blue Hall Music is one of Jerusalem’s oldest bars, nestled in the charming alleyways of Nahalat Shiva. Diners can enjoy authentic kosher gastropub meat and fish dishes as well as salads and a top range of beers, wines and spirits while listening to nightly live music performances.

At Dona Rosa in Ein Hod, Haifa, you’ll experience authentic Argentine cuisine within a cozy atmosphere of warmth and good cheer. The owners serve high quality meat, pasta and seafood dishes straight from the kitchen of their Argentine grandmother, Dona Rosa, who lends her name to the restaurant.

Moshe’s Hummus is located in the bustling heart of Or Akiva’s Balfour Market. The menu is simple and straightforward: high quality hummus and classic Middle Eastern street food prepared fresh and served with Israeli warmth.

Named for one of the fictional three musketeers, Aramis is a popular kosher restaurant in Ashdod serving fine classic French and innovative fusion cuisine. Goose, duck, meat and fish all feature on the varied menu, accompanied by top cocktails and wines.

The Lebowsky Bar lies in the heart of Sderot, serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, liqueurs and spirits as well as classic American and Israeli snacks. Enjoy toasted sandwiches, burgers, and salads with fries and snacks in a unique lounge-bar atmosphere of live music and fun[2] .

In the student area of Sderot, Pasta V’Zehu invites you to join the young and vibrant atmosphere that matches the zesty pasta dishes on the menu. True to its name, this small restaurant serves only fresh pasta that’s made on site, with an almost endless range of sauces and toppings.

I find this rather weird, and there was very little information about the restaurant side. It could be dropped if the length needs to be reduced.
